More than 150 nominees submitted for April 21 Employee of the Year Luncheon!

A new record of 158 nominations were submitted for the DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) Foundation’s 28th Annual Employee of the Year Luncheon. The event is scheduled for Tuesday, April 21 at the Hurst Conference Center.

The deadline to submit nominees was yesterday, with the official judging to take place March 24 when Young Healthcare Executives of North Texas and members of the ACHE of North Texas Board will choose 16 recipients from hospital across North Texas. So, let the judging begin!

For more than 25 years, the DFWHC Foundation’s Employee of the Year Luncheon has honored more than 1,500 exceptional hospital employees. The luncheon is designed to be a memorable afternoon for hospitals and their nominees.

Awards will include:

• Employee of the Year;
• Volunteer of the Year;
• System Employee of the Year;
• Physician of the Year;
• Preceptor of the Year;
• and the Rex McRae Scholarship.
