The DFWHC Foundation’s 28th Annual Employee of the Year Luncheon is designed to be a memorable afternoon for North Texas hospitals and their nominees. Last year, 16 recipients were honored from a pool of more than 150 nominees. Winners are announced at the event!
This year’s luncheon is Tuesday, April 21 at the Hurst Conference Center.

Deadline to submit nominees is Tuesday, March 3, 2026.
One nominee is allowed in each category per hospital.
