Guests from Children’s Health and Texas Health highlight the latest episode of “The Human Side of Health Care”

Episode 22 of the third year of the DFW Hospital Council’s weekly radio program “The Human Side of Health Care” was broadcast on Sunday on KRLD 1080 AM. The discussion detailed the dangers of melanoma, poisonous spiders in North Texas and childhood neurological issues.

Guests included:

• Dr. Shadi Damanpour, Board-Certified Dermatologist at North Dallas Dermatology Associates;
• Dr. Otto Marquez, Emergency Medicine Physician at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas;
• Dr. Saima Naeem Kayani, Pediatric Neurologist at Children’s Health.

DFWHC President/CEO Stephen Love and KRLD’s Thomas Miller provided a North Texas COVID-19 update.

The radio program runs throughout 2022 on Sunday’s from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. CDT.
