Foundation virtual events have now been posted online



Sessions from the DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) Foundation’s recent virtual events including the 13th Annual Patient Safety Summit, the North Texas Institute for Nurse Educators and the 4th Annual Information and Quality Services (IQSC) Data Summit have now been posted online.

The 13th Annual Patient Safety Summit was hosted over four two-hour sessions on September 10, 17, 24 and October 1. Meagan Johnson, the hilarious and motivational generational expert, served as the keynote speaker.

The North Texas Institute for Nurse Educators took place over three sessions on October 15, 22 and 29. This year’s event was themed “Empowering Nurse Educators,” and is ideal for nurse educators in the clinical and academic settings.

The 4th Annual IQSC Data Summit was hosted over three sessions November 4-6. Don Taylor served as the keynote speaker, providing insights based on 40 years of experience across the healthcare industry. Taylor, a retired Colonel who served in the U.S. Air Force for over 25 years, was Commander/CEO of largest trauma hospital in Iraq in 2006.
