Dr. Huang to highlight 5th Annual IQSC Data Summit set for Nov. 3-4



Tickets are now available to the DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) Foundation’s 5th Annual Information and Quality Services Center’s (IQSC) Data Summit on November 3-4, 2021. The virtual event will take place each day from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon, CDT.

The Summit will be highlighted by Dr. Philip Huang, director of the Dallas County Health and Human Services, serving as keynote speaker to discuss the challenges and analytics utilized for COVID-19 data collection.

Additional speakers will include Gloria Kupferman, chief data strategy officer of the American Hospital Association to discuss a national Opioid study; and Mary Ann Contreras, the Injury Prevention and Trauma Outreach Coordinator at JPS Health Network, presenting on the implementation of a real-time data collection tool to help identify sex trafficking.
