Christine Cashen to serve as keynote speaker at 25th Annual Employee of the Year Luncheon on April 19

The DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) Foundation has announced Christine Cashen, the energetic and lively motivational speaker, will serve as the keynote speaker during its 25th Annual Employee of the Year Luncheon on Wednesday, April 19, at the Hurst Conference Center. This year’s event, themed “Celebration of Service!”, will honor hospitals employees from across North Texas with 16 recipients to be awarded.

Cashen comes highly recommended to the DFWHC Foundation specifically for this event, which serves to acknowledge hospital employees noted for their uncommon dedication. For more than 20 years, Cashen has shared her expertise on conflict resolution, stress management and cultivating a happier and more productive workplace, a crucial message that could not come at a better time.

Author of the award-winning books “THE GOOD STUFF: Quips & Tips on Life, Love, Work and Happiness” and “IT’S YOUR BUSINESS: Good Stuff for Your Personal, Professional and Funny Business,” Cashen’s engaging presentation has received rave reviews and she was recently honored with an induction into the CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame.

For over two decades, the DFWHC Foundation’s Employee of the Year Luncheon has honored more than 1,250 exceptional hospital employees. In the fashion of an awards show, the luncheon serves as a salute to the North Texas hospital workforce with recipients announced at the event and asked to come to the stage to receive their honor.
