Methodist, Baylor Scott & White and SW Transplant guests highlight “Human Side of Health Care”



Episode 22 of the DFW Hospital Council’s weekly radio program “The Human Side of Health Care was broadcast Sunday on KRLD 1080 AM. The discussion included changes in trauma care during these trying times and local teamwork involving organ donations and surgeries.

Guests included:

Patti Niles, President/CEO, Southwest Transplant Alliance;
Dr. Darryl Amos, Trauma Medical Director, Methodist Dallas;
Doreen Freeman, Director of Emergency Services, Methodist Dallas;
• and Nancy Vish, President/CNO, Baylor Scott & White Heart and Vascular.

DFWHC President/CEO Stephen Love and KRLD’s Thomas Miller provided a COVID-19 update.

The radio program runs throughout 2020 on Sunday’s from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. CDT.
