Guests from Texas Scottish Rite and Texas Health highlight yesterday’s “Human Side of Health Care”

Episode 25 of the DFW Hospital Council’s weekly radio program “The Human Side of Health Care” was broadcast yesterday on KRLD 1080 AM. The discussion included a groundbreaking new hospital program “Unconditional Positive Regard” and nurse navigation during COVID-19.

Guests included:

• Ashleigh Kinney, Director of Patient Experience, Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children;
• and Erin Prendergast, Oncology Nurse Navigator, Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas.

DFWHC President/CEO Stephen Love and KRLD’s Thomas Miller provided a COVID-19 update.

The radio program runs throughout 2020 on Sunday’s from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. CDT.
