Guests from Prism Health and Texas Scottish Rite highlight “The Human Side of Health Care”



Episode 20 of the DFW Hospital Council’s weekly radio program “The Human Side of Health Care” was broadcast Sunday on KRLD 1080 AM. The discussion included the “new normal” as businesses begin to reopen in the community, hospital safety measures and a world-renown dyslexia program.

Guests included:

Dr. John Carlo, Physician CEO at Prism Health North Texas;
Dr. Amit Khera, director of the Preventive Cardiology Program at UT Southwestern;
• and Gladys Kolenovsky, director of the Center for Dyslexia at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children;

DFWHC President/CEO Stephen Love and KRLD’s Thomas Miller provided a COVID-19 update.

The radio program runs throughout 2020 on Sunday’s from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. CDT.
