Guests from Baylor Scott & White, UT Dallas highlight “The Human Side of Health Care”

Episode 21 of the DFW Hospital Council’s weekly radio program “The Human Side of Health Care” was broadcast Sunday on KRLD 1080 AM. The discussion included a COVID-19 financial forecast in North Texas and the recent phenomenon of local residents’ fear of calling 9-1-1.

Guests included:

• John McCracken, Clinical Professor of Healthcare Management at UT Dallas and Professor of Family and Community Medicine at UT Southwestern;
• Dr. John Carlo, President/CEO of Prism Health North Texas;
• and Nancy Vish, President and Chief Nursing Officer of Baylor Scott & White Heart and Vascular Hospital.

DFWHC President/CEO Stephen Love and KRLD’s Thomas Miller provided a COVID-19 update.

The radio program runs throughout 2020 on Sunday’s from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. CDT.
