Foundation would like to spread the word on emergency department delays detailed in new video

The DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) Foundation attended the panel discussion webinar “Best Practices for Mitigating Ambulance ED Delays” in September of 2021 hosted by The Academy of International Mobile Healthcare Integration.

Guests included David R. Wright, director of Quality, Safety and Oversight Group Center for Clinical Standards and Quality at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services; Jimmy Pierson, president/COO of Medic Ambulance; and Ken Simpson, CEO of Medstar Mobile Healthcare. Matt Zavadsky, chief transformation officer at Medstar Mobile Healthcare served as moderator.

The DFWHC Foundation team was so impressed with the event, they wanted to spread the word on the webinar and the information provided.
