DFWHC and Vestagen to host Dr. Royer event on healthcare future

What does the future hold? Attendees can find out Friday, September 15 when the DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) and Vestagen co-host the educational event “The Acute Care Hospital of the Future: A Dangerous Place.”

This complimentary “Lunch & Learn” will be highlighted by speaker Dr. Thomas Royer, former president/CEO of CHRISTUS Health and author of the new book “Breaking Out of the Health Care Abyss.” The event is from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Las Colinas Country Club in Irving.

The meeting will cover the critical need to implement a successful road map to the future in addition to the importance of employee protection and infection control. Dr. Royer and his co-authors have worked together since 1999 on leadership challenges domestically and internationally. Together, they predicted decades ago what most would never have dreamed would become reality in the health care world. It is his intent to help hospital leaders successfully lead their organizations through a transformational journey in the current turmoil in the health care industry.

Discounted copies of Dr. Royer’s book will be available to attendees and Vestagen will put on a demonstration as to the amazing abilities of its new Vestex scrubs and lab coats.

This event is complimentary. You can register here.
