DFWHC and 6SigmaTek to host virtual Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt classes – intro webinar July 22

Working in association with 6SigmaTek, LLC, the DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) will co-host virtual Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Classes in 2021. A complimentary intro webinar “DFWHC Healthcare Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training” is set for July 22 from 2:00-3:00 p.m., CDT.

Guest speakers will include Stephen Griffin, CEO/Founder of 6SigmaTek, LLC; Stephen Love, President/CEO of DFWHC; and Patti Taylor, Director of Quality and Patient Safety at the DFWHC Foundation.

The Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification is aimed at those new to the world of Six Sigma who have an interest in developing skills involving teamwork, data analysis and problem solving. The certification course adopts the approach of advancing the concept and potential of using Six Sigma tools and methodologies within an organization.

Become a team member and learn the basic tools involving discipline and focus. Gather data, seek improvement in your company and follow the principles of “Plan, Do, Check and Act.”
