The Dallas-Fort Worth Hospital Council is hosting the Dec. 13 Membership Meeting “Medical Staff and Nursing Peer Review: Learn How to Protect your Hospital” at the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children auditorium from 1-3 p.m. This event is free to all DFWHC’s member hospitals and associates. Linda Stimmel, Attorney at Law at Wilson Elser LLP will serve as speaker. Since 1993, Linda has represented health care institutions in connection with peer review, credentialing and provider disciplinary proceedings. She has worked with numerous hospitals to comply with federal and state law in the performance of peer review proceedings and disciplinary actions.
