Foundation’s webinar panel discussion “Performance Improvement” is next Tuesday!



The DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) Foundation’s educational webinar “How to Influence Executive and Front-Line Teams to Support Improvement Efforts” is this Tuesday, October 29 from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m., CDT.

The live panel discussion will include Dr. Bruce Spurlock, President/CEO of Convergence Health; Nam Le-Morawa, Chief Operating Officer of San Carlos Apache Healthcare Corporation; Laura Weber, Vice President Clinical Effectiveness at Methodist Health System; and Stephen Love, President/CEO of DFWHC.

Objectives include:

1. Identify key strategies that led to successful quality improvement initiatives;
2. Formulate 2-3 actionable strategies for effectively engaging hospital executives in supporting quality improvement initiatives;
3. Describe 2-3 techniques for involving front-line healthcare teams in quality improvement activities.
