Foundation’s Oct. 28 Opioid Discussion “Relapse Prevention” has now been posted online

The DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) Foundation’s continuation its virtual 2021 Opioid Discussion “Relapse Prevention” originally broadcast on October 28 has now been posted online.

Certified Life Coach and Professional Trainer Dr. Stacy Page served as speaker.

Dr. Page is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, mental health professional, certified professional coach, college professor, inspirational speaker and published author. She has experience working with adolescent and adult populations in various clinical settings and provides assessment, diagnosis and treatment.
