The DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) Foundation in coordination with the Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality will be hosting the third meeting of its new Healthcare Performance Improvement Group tomorrow, June 30 from 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m., CST. Last chance to register!

This complimentary virtual meeting titled “Leadership, Change Management and Innovation Through a Performance Improvement Lens,” will include speakers Lorie Thibodeaux, Senior Quality Performance Improvement Manager at Parkland Health & Hospital System; Brett Lee, President of Texas Health Frisco; Laura Weber, Vice President, Clinical Effectiveness and Patient Safety at Methodist Health System; Jen Miff, President of the DFWHC Foundation; and Stephen Love, President/CEO of DFWHC.

Objectives include the discussion of leadership strategies to manage change and innovation; an exposure to cases of change management; and the identification of key tools a performance improvement expert can use to support healthcare.
