Community Health Worker Forum set for December 8

The DFW Community Health Worker Association will be hosting the CHW Employer Developmental Forum on Friday, December 8 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Texas Health Resources Pavilion in Arlington, Texas.

The educational event is a great opportunity to learn about how utilizing community health workers in your organization can help you better serve your community.

During the forum, participants will have an opportunity to:
• Improve their understanding of the CHW model;
• Hear from a panel about the benefits of using CHWs;
• Participate in a networking lunch with other organizations;
• Learn how you can incorporate CHWs into your organization.

Registration is $25. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided.
